The system is designed for uniform mixing of the components for the wafer dough, and an automatic feeding it into one or more wafer ovens. The finished dough is fed into the furnace by means of an automatic nickel-chromium pump. All items can be easily removed and cleaned. Also, models for low-capacity furnaces are available. |

The machine is used for baking wafer sheets. Can be made for 32, 41, 61 or 83 sheets, size can be 350x500 mm 290x470 mm. Sheets can be flat, as well as with pattern according to customers requirements. The pans are heated using natural gas or LPG, or, if necessary, - electricity. The system is equipped with energy-saving burner. High-performance is caused by the automated ignition system, the optimal heat distribution, good thermal insulation. The furnace is equipped with an electronic dough jigging control device and dough pump, automatic wafer sheets intake, an automatic temperature control, stainless steel extractor hood over dough depositor, automatic chain tensioning device for steam trays, storage bin for waste, control panel, control cabinet. |
Automatic conveyor for wafer sheets cooling | |

| It is intended for cooling the wafer sheets coming from the wafer oven at ambient temperature. Conveyors work is synchronized with wafer oven and automatic machine for spreading cream, where sheets get after cooling. There are models with medium and low power. |

| The mixer is used for cream preparation, which would then be smeared on the wafer sheets. Supplied with finished cream storage tank, prepared in a mixer. | Glazing machine is designed for the application of chocolate or other confectionery glaze on. Removable reservoir makes it easy to provide chocolate enrobing product in two colors (optional). Width of feed belt - 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm. Since the control panel can adjust the heat flow rate, the thickness of chocolate coating and vibration. With the help of the tray with the bottom feeding occurs frosting glaze products below (optional) Chocolate tank and conduit are made with double walls and heated with hot water. Glazing machine is easy to clean and uncomplicated to use. |

| System designed for cutting wafer blocks, which are smeared with cream, with steel knives or cutting wires. A transparent mica on lids for security. On the sides of wafer blocks are channels for cutted waste. Cutting form can be easily changed. To improve performance, manufacturing of double cutting machine is possible, which allows to produce two types of products simultaneously. |
